Late Entry Fee - $25.00 – After July 1 through July 14^th

Two Age Groups -  7 thru 10  and  11 thru 15
Limited to 15 total contestants

Prizes for 1^st and 2^nd in each Age Group
Every Participant will receive a participation prize.


UP Hog Wild 2011 Kid’s Q Application and Rules

In 2010, UP Hog wild decided to hold its very first “Kid’s Q”.  We had so much fun we've decided to do it again.  This event is designed to be a fun, safe, and challenging competition to showcase the Grand Champions of tomorrow.  Participants in the 7 thru 10 age group will be given the challenge of preparing hamburger to juicy perfection.  Contestants in the 11 thru 15 age group will be asked to display their ability to present mouth watering chicken to the judges.

A parent / guardian supervisor must be present with the child during the entire cooking process.

Grills are being provided by the wonderful folks at EZ Grill – The ready to use disposable grill.

Meat and Prizes provided by our friends and sponsor at Econo Foods.

Prizes are being provided by our friends at Tailor Made and Curious Chef.  

Schedule of Events

5:30 PM        Registration Begins
6:00 PM        Ages  7 – 10  Start Grills and begin to cook
6:15 PM        Ages 11 – 15  Start Grills and begin to cook
7:15 PM        Ages  7 – 10  Turn in time
7:30 PM        Ages 11 – 15  Turn in time 
Awards to be presented immediately after competition
